within a specific role have the ability to add personnel details into the system.</p>\n<p>This can be done via the Job Vacancy dataset (follow Step 1 to Step 7) and the Personnel Details dataset (select Personnel Details dataset, add new and follow Step 8 onwards)</p>\n<h2>Locate the Job Vacancy Dataset</h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the <strong>HR</strong> category, then <strong>Job
