Make sure the sheet is called OpeningBalances.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//stock/ug210/spreadsheet.png\" alt=\"Excel Spreadsheet\"></p>\n<p><img src=\"/img//stock/ug210/sheet-name.png\" alt=\"Sheet Name\"></p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>From within the OPS Rental system select the <strong>Stock Management</strong> dataset search screen select the Function <strong>Import Opening Balance</strong>.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//stock/ug210/function-import-opening-balance.png\" alt=\"Function Import Opening Balance\"></p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Select the Excel file you have created in Step 1.</li>\n<li>A success message will be displayed. Click OK. When the new record opens, check the values are all as expected.
