within the Job Details, the system will not allow you to Manifest the Assets.</p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li>Within the Asset Description record, select the <strong>Mobilisation Cert Requirements</strong> tab, select <strong>New Record>Mobilisation Cert Requirements</strong> or hit <strong>Insert</strong> on your keyboard:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img
