{"componentChunkName":"component---node-modules-csam-gatsby-theme-guides-src-templates-documentation-js","path":"/docs/ug113/","webpackCompilationHash":"9887d4de5ab7489123d8","result":{"data":{"allFile":{"edges":[{"node":{"name":"ug113","childMarkdownRemark":{"html":"<p>A system is classed as an Asset which is the Parent Type and has Child Assets tied to it.</p>\n<h2>Locate Asset Details Dataset</h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Select <strong>Operations</strong> category, then <strong>Asset Details</strong>:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug113/ug113-001.png\" alt=\"Asset Details Dataset\"></p>\n<h2>Create Asset with System Type</h2>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Select <strong>New Record>Asset Details</strong> or hit <strong>Insert</strong> on your keyboard.</li>\n<li>Fill in the relevant fields (See <a href=\"ug109\">How to Add Assets</a> user guide for field explanations), making sure you check the System Tickbox as shown:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug113/ug113-002.png\" alt=\"System Tickbox\"></p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Asset Cont and Service Hours</strong> tab and fill in the relevant fields, if required:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug113/ug113-003.png\" alt=\"Asset Cont and Service Hours\"></p>\n<h2>Assign Child Assets to a System</h2>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Within the Asset Details, select <strong>Functions>Add Child Assets</strong>.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>This will open the Asset Details search screen:</p>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug113/ug113-004.png\" alt=\"Asset Details Search\"></p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>You can search for Assets one at a time if you know the Asset Numbers you wish to assign, however if you have multiple Assets to assign you can fill in as much criteria as possible to view the results in grid view:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug113/ug113-005.png\" alt=\"Asset Details Search\"></p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Select the row(s) you wish to assign to the system and select Close.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Select Yes to continue or No to cancel the operation.</p>\n<h2>Remove a Child Asset from a System</h2>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>Locate the system Asset, select the <strong>Child Asset</strong> tab, this will show you all the child assets assigned to the Asset:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug113/ug113-006.png\" alt=\"Child Asset\"></p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>Open the relevant record, or select Open All.
