{"componentChunkName":"component---node-modules-csam-gatsby-theme-guides-src-templates-documentation-js","path":"/docs/ug111/","webpackCompilationHash":"9887d4de5ab7489123d8","result":{"data":{"allFile":{"edges":[{"node":{"name":"ug111","childMarkdownRemark":{"html":"<p>Users within a specific role have the ability to add test history to assets which exist in the system.</p>\n<h2>Locate the Asset</h2>\n<ol>\n<li>From the main menu, select <strong>Operations</strong>, then <strong>Asset Details</strong>:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug111/ug111-001.png\" alt=\"Asset Details Dataset\"></p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Enter the Asset Number into the search field and select Search or hit Enter on your keyboard:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug111/ug111-002.png\" alt=\"Asset Details Search\"></p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>To open the asset, double click on the grey area to the left of the Asset Number column as shown:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug111/ug111-003.png\" alt=\"Asset number Column\"></p>\n<h2>Add Asset Test History</h2>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Select <strong>New Record>Asset Test History</strong> or select the <strong>Asset Test History</strong> tab and hit <strong>Insert</strong> on your keyboard.</li>\n<li>Fill in the relevant fields.</li>\n</ol>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Note:</strong> (Pink = System Generated, Blue = Mandatory):</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug111/ug111-004.png\" alt=\"New Asset Test History\"></p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>Field</th>\n<th>Description</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Asset Number</td>\n<td>This will default from the previous screen</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cert Type</td>\n<td>Select the relevant certificate type</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cert Status</td>\n<td>Defaults to Current, is user changeable</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Checked and Tested (Tickbox)</td>\n<td>Check this as true if the certificate has been completed</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Asset Test History (Hdr)</strong></td>\n<td></td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Date of Certification</td>\n<td>Select the date from the calendar</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cert Number</td>\n<td>Enter the certificate number</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Next Due Date</td>\n<td>Select the due date from the calendar</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Third Party Supplier</td>\n<td>Select the third party supplier (If applicable)</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cert Link</td>\n<td>The user can link the certificate via a file/folder/webpage</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Start Time</td>\n<td>Select start time (if applicable), time will default to 00:00, this can be amended if required</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Finish Time</td>\n<td>Select finish time (if applicable), time will default to 00:00, this can be amended if required</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Note</td>\n<td>Text field for additional notes</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Check the <strong>Checked and Tested</strong> tickbox to confirm the certificate has been completed (possibly stamped and signed by a 3rd party supplier):</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug111/ug111-005.png\" alt=\"Checked and Tested\"></p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Select Save, you will then be prompted to enter a certification code. Each user should have their own code set up against their user account.</li>\n<li>If you have multiple assets on the certificate, you can select <strong>Functions>Assign to Multiple Assets</strong>.</li>\n<li>The system will now open the <strong>Asset Details</strong> search screen, where you can search for the assets required. Select the row(s) required the select Close.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Select Yes to continue, No to cancel the operation.</p>\n<p>The Asset Test History record has now been added to the Asset(s).</p>","frontmatter":{"title":"How to Add Test History to an Asset","tags":["asset","assets","test","history","operations","checked","tested"]}}}}]}},"pageContext":{"isCreatedByStatefulCreatePages":false,"slug":"ug111"}}}
