{"componentChunkName":"component---node-modules-csam-gatsby-theme-guides-src-templates-documentation-js","path":"/docs/ug105/","webpackCompilationHash":"9887d4de5ab7489123d8","result":{"data":{"allFile":{"edges":[{"node":{"name":"ug105","childMarkdownRemark":{"html":"<p>Users within a specific role have the ability to create Timesheets &#x26; Timesheet Analysis from a Timeplanner.</p>\n<h2>How to Locate the Time Planner Dataset</h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Operations</strong> category and select <strong>Time Planner</strong>:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug105/ug105-001.png\" alt=\"Time Planner Dataset\"></p>\n<h2>Create a Timesheet &#x26; Timesheet Analysis from a Time Planner</h2>\n<p>2: Enter the job number into the Job Number field and select Search from the toolbar or hit Enter on your keyboard to return the record(s):</p>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug105/ug105-002.png\" alt=\"Time Planner Search\"></p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Note:</strong> The qty of records returned should match the amount of records on your Time Planner within the job details.</p>\n</blockquote>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>If all details are correct (Start and End Dates for example), select the row(s) (multiple rows can be selected by holding down the shift key) then select <strong>Functions>Create Timesheets</strong>.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>You will receive the following window:</p>\n<p><img src=\"/img//operations/ug105/ug105-003.png\" alt=\"Enter End Date\"></p>\n<p>Enter the relevant End date and select OK.</p>\n<p>Select Yes to continue, or No to cancel.</p>\n<p>A window wil appear for each person you selected from grid view in Step 3.
