User changeable</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Diary Ref</td>\n<td>Enter a diary ref (if applicable)</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Chase Date</td>\n<td>Select/Enter the relevant date</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Description</td>\n<td>Text field to record description of the campaign</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Campaign Folder</td>\n<td>This field will automatically populate when the record is saved</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Date Dispatched</td>\n<td>Select/Enter the relevant date</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Office</td>\n<td>Select the relevant office</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Currency Information</strong> tab to view Exchange Rate, Group Company budget and System Currency budget:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img/sales/ug010/ug010-003.png\" alt=\"Currency Information\"></p>\n<h2>Add Clients to the Campaign</h2>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Select <strong>Functions>Select Campaign Clients</strong>.</li>\n<li>The system will automatically open the Clients search screen, if an Industry Sector and/or Company type is entered into the Campaign header, these will pull through onto the search screen:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img/sales/ug010/ug010-004.png\" alt=\"Clients Search\"></p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Select Search to return all Clients with the selected Industry Sector Oil and Gas as shown in Step 6 or enter additional search criteria to narrow the search, results will show in the bottom half of the screen in grid view:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img/sales/ug010/ug010-005.png\" alt=\"Clients Seach\"></p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>Select the row(s) you wish to add to the campaign and select Close.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Select Yes to continue or No to cancel the operation.</p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>Clients added will show within the <strong>Campaign Prospects</strong> tab as shown:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img/sales/ug010/ug010-006.png\" alt=\"Campaign Prospects\"></p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Note:</strong> Each record within the Campaign Prospects tab can be opened and modified as required.</p>\n</blockquote>\n<h2>Add Contacts to the Campaign</h2>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>Select <strong>Functions>Select Campaign Contacts</strong>.</li>\n<li>The system will automatically open the Contacts search screen, if an Industry Sector is entered into the Campaign header, this will pull through onto the search screen as shown:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img/sales/ug010/ug010-007.png\" alt=\"Contacts Search\"></p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li>Select Search, or enter additional search criteria in the fields to narrow down your search, as shown:</li>\n</ol>\n<p><img src=\"/img/sales/ug010/ug010-008.png\" alt=\"Contacts Search\"></p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li>Select the relevant row(s), then select Close.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Select Yes to continue or No to cancel the operation.</p>\n<h2>Create and send Campaign via Email</h2>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li>Select <strong>Functions>Email Campaign</strong>.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Select Yes to open Outlook to send the email, or No to use the system.</p>\n<p>If sending from an Outlook account, the email will automatically open and will have your contacts listed in the BCC section as shown:</p>\n<p><img src=\"/img/sales/ug010/ug010-009.png\" alt=\"Outlook\"></p>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li>Attach any relevant documents to the email and send.</li>\n<li>Create a record within the Correspondence tab and drag the sent email from Outlook into the record to save the communication</li>\n</ol>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Note:</strong> If you are using the system to email the campaign, a correspondence record will automatically be added.</p>\n</blockquote>\n<h2>Add a Requisition to the Campaign</h2>\n<ol start=\"17\">\n<li>Select <strong>New Record>Requisition</strong> or select the Requisition tab within the Campaign and hit <strong>Insert</strong> on your keyboard.
